I couldn't be happier with how smoothly the entire process has been and it all started with her and by following her recommendations. We interviewed 3 real estate agents. Nancy was the only one who was eager to work with us in our end of the season sale and with us living in Pennsylvania and the cottage being in Vermont on Lake Champlain. The prime market for this type of property is the spring or early summer. Nancy made it worth it with all of this in mind. Excellent help with getting the cottage ready for sale and to find the right work men to correct some electrical problems. There is no doubt that we would recommend and use her again.
